    Karl Zorzi, a seventeen-year Racal-Vadic veteran in marketing, engineering and executive management, including three years as Racal-Vadic's General Manager, serves as Zypcom's President and CEO. Mr. Zorzi has primary responsibility for external acquisitions in addition to his management duties.
    "We started Zypcom in 1991 because we saw a revolution in our industry," said Zypcom's Mr. Zorzi. "The data communications market will continue to be a very dynamic and potentially profitable technology segment well into the next century. Fascinating new technologies that mix and combine data, voice and video will have a tremendous impact on data communications, and will require a whole host of new products that will in turn give birth to a large wave of new user applications."
