    Annex AXM-A-16-N-140 with Full Modem Control on all 16 ports.
    Annex port setting:
    38400bps (locked), 8 data bits, No parity, 1 start/stop bit, RTS/CTS flow control.

    ZYPCOM modems Z34-SX/SE/RX, Z32t-SX/SE, Z32b-SX/SE/

    NOTE: Modem must be programmed from a terminal or PC with terminal
    software set to 38400, 8N1 (or the same rate and pattern as
    will be used on that port of the terminal server)
    ZYPCOM settings: AT &F &C1 &D2 Q1 E0 &S1 &W
